Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the Service immediately.

The Service provides portfolio analytics, historical simulations, financial modeling, and educational tooling.

The Service does not provide investment, legal, tax, accounting, fiduciary, or brokerage advice. We are not acting as your investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading adviser, or tax professional.

• All outputs are informational and educational only.
• Backtests and simulations are hypothetical, based on assumptions, and not guarantees.
• Past performance does not predict future results.
• You are solely responsible for your financial decisions and outcomes.

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials confidential.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at contact@arthapilot.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Access the Service with bots, scrapers, or automated methods that exceed normal use.
• Interfere with Service availability, security controls, or infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where required by law.
• Repackage, resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute Service outputs without written permission.
• Use the Service to build a competing product using our protected content.

The Service may rely on third-party data providers and public data. Data may be delayed, corrected, incomplete, or unavailable at times.

We do not warrant that data, calculations, or model outputs are complete, current, error-free, or suitable for any specific purpose.

We may modify data sources, methodologies, features, or pricing at any time.

You keep ownership of your uploaded or submitted content and analysis inputs. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, store, and transmit that content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to submit any content you provide.

The Service, including software, design, text, models, and visualizations, is owned by or licensed to ArthaPilot and protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business use.

If we offer paid plans, fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless stated otherwise at checkout. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge applicable fees, taxes, and renewals.

Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. You can cancel future renewals at any time, and your access remains active through the paid period.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or misuse the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR RELIABILITY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ArthaPilot AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, INVESTMENT LOSSES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) USD $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ArthaPilot from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, you and ArthaPilot agree to submit disputes to the state and federal courts located in California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
